A Big Release

Yesterday marked the release of Kamei's Remix Compilation, featuring remixes of tracks from his debut EP entitled 'Computer Malfunction'. Your very own GMGN made the compilation with our remix of 'Falling in Love'. But we have filtered through the EP and chosen the top 3 remixes off the Compilation and giving them to you guys.

First off is the GMGN Remix of Falling In Love. We turned this one inside out with lots of dancefloor energy, and used synths to really drive home the emotion. To me this track is about finally falling in love after years of going wrong. So therefore, this was a track that personally speaks to me a lot, and you can hear the personal touch throughout, the emotion present here is like a release, a free feeling, a huge weight off the shoulders, and the love here is the pure kind, the kind when you know its just right. Well at least, our interpertation of what that feels like. But for now I know nothing about it, until I meet you girl.

Second is Pardon My French remix of Alive. Pure French Filter Touch going on here. Classic 909 style drums, filters, glitchers. They turned this track inside out and certified it as a dance floor killer. I am a sucker for those 909 styled drums. Watch for the disco styled synths too that come in after the 3 minute mark. Check out their other stuff on their myspace, it's well worth the jump.

Our third choice from this album is the Jumping Jack Flash remix of Planetary. Another straight up dancefloor bomb for DJ's and club goers. Just a sick job chopping up the sample and great energy. This one feels like a b-boy track, makes me wanna straight up go nuts on the floor in the middle of that dance circle. Take the jump over to his myspace:

There's some pure disco house styled dance floor heat for ya.
